QQ. Well its hard to analyse why. Only the fact he is a calling station and our hero is really suprised to see. The big factor of fish is that they are only aggro with the nuts. Even with 3 queens he feels he has to be carefull.

for his hand from Flop, so I would say that one card was 7. Lets take 7♥: Other one could be any over 10 card or str8 drawing card. I would say it was str8 drawing card since he called pretty big bets on flop on turn. I will go with 7♥:J♠:
If he is playing vs Fish then fish might have anything here some junk hands like 7-10 off or 6-9 off or any pokect small pair because they not fold anything if he have even small chanses to win so after calling flop and turn and check river fish checked with some 3rd pair or small pair even with A-J off he will be do that because fishes dont understand very well the concept of poker and he loves to see what you have and they all the time thinks that you are bluffing.
My guess is that fish have 6-9off on bb.
My guess is 44 : because he call preflop, he's fishy so he can't let go the hand and when get the set turn since he's passive he don't even value 
(my 2nd guess would be QQ but even fish raise it preflop, I hope).
My guess is that he was expecting a 3rd barrel on the river with a overpair like KK and could also be scared of a hand like 89. My guess is KK.

his hand is 88/99, he floated on the flop and just called waiting for the gutshot, which didnt complete on turn too, and villain checked on the river because his hand was weak to bet there, and he checked assuming he is better at showdown.
