There may or may not be a difference with a 2NL fish and a 400NL fish. That being said:
Fish calls preflop with any Ax, any pair (usually below QQ, monsters are predominantly raised), suited gappers and all broadways.
Fish continues with any pair, ANY straightdraw, ANY flushdraw (maybe not backdoor) and better. He probably didn't hit his draw, since he didn't lead a single street.

Then again, our Hero bet every street except river, so the fish might also have hit gin on the flop or turn and was looking to CR the river. So, the surprise might have been seing a set. My guess is 4♦:4♠:

84 por que es la mano con la cual podrias pagar sin reaumentar pero buscarias escalera de 2 puntas con el 9 o el 5 las demas manos como 45 o 9j son muy debiles para pagar ya que solo necesitan q salga una carta q seria en caso de 45 el 3 por q el 8 da escalera mas alta y con el 9j buscas el 8 q es muy dificil pagar tanto por una carta

8-9 is a little obvious, 2 pairs too and hero see that cause he's check the river, so i think he has QQ or another set, but my vote go to qq, cause he don't try to extract more value from his hand, and play too passive, QQ only can lose to straights and 2-pairs.

my guess is 7-8 off suit as he is trying keep pot the low but wont give up his hand so he must of hit a little piece of the flop so i think he hit mid pair and on the turn the bet is even higher yet he still flats so i believe that 4 hit him in some way but not good enough to raise thats what i believe his second card is an 8 then the river bricks out w a q and niether want to commit any more money

Well, typical fish is like too much his AK. So, i think its AK, he probably was thinking hero gots nothin and was waiting to hit an ace or king

yeah... alot of possibilities, but im going with very unlikely hand but it could be played this way especially when hero is as aggro as he is in this hand.. BB has the last two Tens in Pocket so Set of Tens...

Pocket sixes, passive calling station won't raise flop as he thinks he is safe, on turn vs 2nd barrel he starts thinking to play passive as open raiser is aggressive on low board by barreling where middle set for fish is kinda bad hand, which falls in passive calling stations happy zone just to call down and be passive So, therefore he instachecks river, to call any bet from CO

Answer: My guess is that BB has AA.
Explanation: "Hero was highly surprised to see Villains hand." "this hand is nearly impossible to guess". From these info we can say that the hand is very strong or very weak AA, KK, QQ, JJ, TT, AK, 32, 83. One different case is Q5. And from these i will belive more in AA and TT. AA because is the strongest starting hand and played like this, is big surprise for sure. And TT because is more rare in this hand. Hero has a T in his hand and in the board also. With set TT with his very passive play, is big surprise too. I must choose only one hand and is AA.

Conclusion : Considering that this hand is nearly impossible to guess, if I have to choose one hand to BB; it would be QQ. Because the BB creates "surprise" to the River, where he does not even attempt a raise (as it may be perceived as a bluff seen his profile Calling Station).
