I don’t defend too often with K9o out of position, but as played I would most likely call him down on a wet board like this or I would raise the flop. Then you can still fold if he shoves. If you call him down you keep his range wider, but then there are some ugly turn and river cards that could hurt our hand.
As played it’s a nasty spot, but with so much invested I don’t get away anymore

I would usually draw the line to KTo vs 3x open but I guess defending this is not bad.
I don't like the turn raise. You just isolate yourself against flushes. If you want to raise, flop would be better. I would just call this down and play passively.

I wouldn´t raise OTT as well. Also calling K9o is not good imo. It´s close but I´d rather fold it.
