Secondo me ha KQs cuori. Al flop prende flush draw e continua sperando nel colore, Al river prende il Q chiude gli occhi e spera che l'altro non abbia scala.

I guess he has 88. That is a hand he can shutdown on turn with and a fish would call both streets with.
If its a fish, theres really no need for explanation, except that he probably doesnt have a straight or set because he would play them faster on the flop/turn.

He just turn a pair into x/c because the straight appears turn and to induce bluff from flushdraws.
Qh3h. Fish like to openraise each suited hand. On the flop he cbets with bottom pair and FD. On the turn he misses his Flush and he is a bit afraid of the 4connected board, so he slows down. But he cannot fold his bottom pair and FD. On the river he is lucky to hit 2 Pair. So he calls again.
Hero is so angry, because he was ahead on the flop and the turn. And then the fish is lucky again on the river.
I think the fish has Q♥:J♥: Flop he cbets with FD and on the turn he turns passive because he doesn't hit and river has top pair so easy call.(fish are to attached to their TP regardless of the board)
i think the vilain as QJ of hearts. he is tipicaly raising a marginal hand that is usually limped or fold preflop.
He hits the flop and wants to bet it for value if a heart comes on the turn or river, the turn opens a straight draw and hits the hero range like 55 or overpair like 99 so he checks it to have a free card. And on the river he hits his top pair and since he his a fish and only see that he has made the better pair and have engaged a major part of his stacks he called.

Fish has: AK. On flop, fish tryed to bluff, betting half of pot. Hero hits a pair e call. Fish goes sad on turn, just check and received a bet that he should had folded, as planned by hero. The river don´t help the fish making any pair, but he calls the hero´s bet to make a point: "my hand was better and I have chips to prove it".
A sad way to prove he played bad.
77, Fishes tend to have a small pf raise range even sb vs bb so it has to be a strong hand. A fish also tend to cbet only for value and get scared easily. He cbets although there is a straight out (but 5v4 is not in his range), so 77 is the nut of his range, but changes to cc on turn (with 4card straight on the board, he is to scared to bet his set for value). For any hand like Qx there is a high chance, that he would not have cbeted. Also against a pure calling station fish, hero could have bet his mid pair + gutshot for value, but hero's play is declared as very questionable, what indicates the pf raise and the cbet are really strong.

That kind of raises of fish often means the following ranges:
Big pairs: AA/KK/QQ
Middle pairs: 77/88/99/TT/JJ
Small pairs: 22/33/44/55/66
Big overcards: AQ/AK/
So either very big hands or very small hands. Lets exclude big overcards (he called all our bet on turn and river). And lets exclude some blockers.
Big pairs: AA/KK/
Middle pairs: 77/99/TT/JJ
Small pairs: 22/33/44/55
I think fish will bet all his sets on turn even when the turn is bad for him. And i doubt he called us with 22 the whole way. So we exclude al small pairs.
Big pairs: AA/KK/QQ
Middle pairs: 99/TT/JJ
I still think he is gonna raise normally with hands like 99/QQ/KK. And most of the times fish overaise very big hand or very vulnerable hand. So now we have AA/TT/JJ. Fish knows we after him so he might try to slowplay preflop with AA. Tens or Jacks are here my favourite.
AQ, standart bet preflop. Standart c-bet on the flop from the villain. Villain can't get away from his hand on the turn and check-calls his AQ ( villain is hoping that hero might be bluffing ). On the river villain makes a standart check-call ( villain is hoping that hero might have a flush draw and tries to bluff him ).
