Preflop: Hero is BTN with T♦: T♠:
UTG folds, MP calls $0.16, CO folds, Hero raises to $0.64, SB folds, BB calls $0.48, MP folds

Flop: ($1.52) 6♣: 4♣: 3♦: (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $0.96, BB raises to $2.96, Hero folds

Preflop: Isolating the fish.

Flop: Cbetting for value. BB is a reg, playing 23/19 in 188 hands. Could I do something else than folding to his raise?

You could call but on the other hand there are a lot of bad cards that complete some draws and you have 2 outer. He will probably fire turn again because otherwise he would look weak and you would have to fold then.

I think call here is ok if you think villain can raise flop with his draw. It happens a lot from REG in the limit I play (NL5) but I don't know in NL16.
