So basically my run is still the same, can't get paid with value hands or villains just hit their 2-20% equities otr and losing all teh flips.

Hello! I have played quite low volume in the last months.. Run has not turned around and I'm soon 100 bin under EV for the year.

I feel that I have improved my game a lot this year but the results just suck. I try to stay positive and grind though, I still like to grind. I would just like to move up to nl50+ but it is not possible right now, maybe next year.

Positive things:

-I have not busted my roll yet (actually my br has increased during this bad run because of rake back...) and I'm now back into playing some nl20.
-I don't remember when I have tilted the last time, It feels like I have become immune to tilt.
-I have improved a lot
-I didn't run hot first and then hit this horrible run in nl100+

I'm running 700bb under EV in last 25k hands but that seems nothing compared to what you have experienced ♦

Yeah.. just looked at the total graph after starting this thread and it makes me feel kinda bad. And if you take the hands that I played in the 1.1-1.6 this year the results are like 200k hands played with positive ev ( I was up there in those hands) and results are just really bad I don't even want to know.. - But thanks though for the positive words.

Though with rakeback I have still made some profit which is nice.. I guess. But it doesn't make it feel any better when I know that my bankroll could be over 2x the size that it is now.

To the guys who are playing with 20-30 bin bankrolls - it is really not enough to survive in this game!

Overall results for this year is something like 200k hands, EV +10 bin or so, results about -70 bin. I know that EV could be a lot higher but this run has made me spew some stacks. With rackeback + bonuses still have made some profit. Oh yeah, I cashed some tourneys for around +250 eur too. (one 1st place in a 2,2€ toruney for like 110eur, then one 35th place in a big toruney for 100eur + some smaller cashes.)

Time to grind more + study more. Going to take a break for the next 3 days and read mental game of poker again + going to do some off table study. Then lets crush the last 2 months of 2016! GOGOGO!

I feel like quitting poker again, like I have felt many times during the last 8 months. I don't know what to do.

I just cashed out 30% of my roll because I have never bought anything with the poker moneys so decided that its time to do that.
