This guy is 35/25/5 in 366 hands, call is the most obvious answer probably but Is it correct to raise and play for stacks?

Definitely not play for stacks. Vs BB range you have 48% (at most). It`s not good idea to stack off on less than 50%. However, this is a good board for BB to c-bet (you should check villains stats on flop c-bets). I would call.

I would pot. :)

We don't want to stack off with 45% equity, we want our opponent to fold his 55% equity. But if he stacks off, we have nice equity. It's called semibluff and EV comes from our Folding Equity and real equity when called.
