i think 40bb effetive, when board comes like this, u have the nuts, and this nuts is not invulnerable
so i'd rather raise and get it in fast than letting him hit his over cards.

i mean, if u don't think ur hands is nuts in this board, just fold it pre!( just my opinion)
ye, he sometime has better hands, sometimes he fold, sometimes he reshove bluff, and sometimes he over value his AK AQ AJ , sometimes he calls with worse, just too complicated.

It is not a value raise (you want him to fold), but it is surely a +EV raise. IF you just call, your hand is vulnerable, needs protection, which is why I really like raise / call. Could maybe even shove raise ? that way you would likely fold hands as KJ but AT+ might still call, and with FE it is likely nice +EV. I like to merge bluff raise IP but only on drawy boards, because you have FE + you win decent % of time on showdown. This board can be also seen as drawy because any two overcards have 6 outs vs your hand

Ok, I got it, your play was purely exploitative. The disadvantage of this move is that your call flop range becomes even weaker. Low dry boards favor villains range hugely, and when you raise some value hands on such board, the disadvantage on the turn is even bigger (probably less important with shallow stacks). I know that you don't care much about gto approach (as I understood from your comments), but this fact about range disadvantage is also important. What I didn't get from your comment, did you make exploitative raise because you had a specific read on villain that he is going to be bluff heavy with shove because you don't repp anything, or because you have population read? I often like from time to time to make non standard plays (with bluffs) or induce players, because it is also good to have agro image, you get then payed quite good with value hands.

I just saw few interesting hands from your blog, do you have some video session, showing how you play? I think that it is very interesting that you are playing profitably so high limits, but you don't care much about gto also don't rely much on stats, that's why I would like to see more hands from you, maybe the best in the video. did you make some coaching video already, or at least if you would like to share some video how you play (doesn't have to be coaching, just to see you playing).

yes,i agree with u, but u have to see what date this hand was played. poker in 6 months can change a lot. so I would definitely not riase this kind of hands as default nowadays.:f_drink: but u know, now people like to 1/3 cbet. so rasing this kind of hands become attractive as well. i have to say u have to mix a lot. sometimes do these sometimes do that and change gear sesssion from session a lot. i have lots of arsenal of eo play .
for exmapl i can bet 1/3 pot on flop, i can check, i can overbet on flop i can pot it
i can 1/3 + pot i can 1/2+ 1/2~ etc.

i made videos for pokerstrategy.com before in chinese community but those videos were so so so old......
in fact i was invited by runitonce to make videos too but after thorough consideration i declined it

Ok, I see your point about videos. I think that you don't give up too many tricks if you don't explain them. If you have a certain approach, it is only good for someone if he understands why is it good to play that way, and to know how to apply it in future hands. I thought, if you could post here some short video how you play, you don't need to explain what you are doing, just shut up and play so it wouldn't be much effort. Similarly as you post hands here, where some players could learn something from you, you could also post video which would be likely very interesting for many people. I see why you don't want to show video for runitonce. You play high limits profitable, with very exploitative style, so if you show in the video moves which make difference between you and other players, you could loose that difference. I was hoping that you could post some short video only for your loyal fans, here in your blog

yesterday, I saw a blog which is benebadbeat's blog on 2+2. and it describeb that he had 300k hands downswing and very horrible result
but i think that, poker can change a lot even in 6 months , if u don't work hard, u would be behind, and most players see it as a downswing not as a skill behind.

just like what he said in his blog, he has lots of good players around him, but he never asked them to coach him, and decide to try it now.
very very strange. why we need coaching and learn only when we are behind and can't win anymore? whey we not keep working when we win very big.

i don't like the attitude that " i am behind I need to gear up". it sounds motivating but i have to think why I would be behind? i'd rather alwasy be ahead of the trends

Last time I was playing online poker was around a year ago. I was playing Nl100 fast forward at party poker, had 8bb/100 winrate. Never switched to NL200 because party poker didn't have fast tables for NL200, and NL100 on party was super fishy so I didn't want to change casino. I quitted online poker because my wife told me that playing poker makes me too much nervous, and money is not worth it. Since then I play only live poker at casinos because for me it makes much more fun, it is also about studying peoples tells not only the strategy, more social, less tilt, no bots. My playing style in online poker was very aggressive, mostly based on exploiting villains cappt ranges using small bet sizes and overbets on later streets which worked great until many coaches started explaining cappt ranges and overbets, but it is still powerfull tool. I like also learning a lot about gto because it is very challenging theory and I use it mostly to balance my check ranges, in order to not have many leaks, but I still mostly tend to play exploitative.

fairy verde , who was coach on spain community, helped me move from z100 to z500 in 3 coaching sessions back in the day

i've benn playing a lot recently, this is my last ten day's result

i improve my game a lot , so iwill have a chanllenge and fun trial in chinese new year in which I would try to beat zoom500.
i am not sure my winrate. but i think 2~3 is achievable. lets see what would happen:):f_drink::f_drink:
