food. FOOOD!

Such an overvalued topic these days. That's not surprising with all these healthy diets in fashion, scientific researches, Food TV Shows, etc.

1) Yes. People need to eat to stay alive. It's kind of a fact. ( skipping prana eaters here)

2) People probably (!) need to have a balanced diet to consume enough of all those good micro-things.

and that's it. I wish people draw the line here. and stay this side.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Another side of the line: people spend up to 60% (!!) of their life-time thinking about food, earning money to buy food, cooking food, cleaning up after cooking, watching how food is cooked and consumed, researching what's the best food to eat, following various diets... etc.

I am not saying stop research and eat what u have. But make sure you spend reasonable time and effort doing this.

If people would Spend 10% of the time they think about food for EXERCISE, this would be a totally different world!

Something else that you can do with no side effects is up your intake of salmon. Fish is a really good brain food. I have a really good and easy to make recipe if you are interested. What is your diet like at the moment?

Oh, I do not like fish practically. Unless it is fried and still I hate because of those small bones.

But when I tried not fried salmon I feel I do not want it.

Maybe I should fri it if it does not have bones? :)

My diet at the momet:

at mornings on work days most of the time spagethi with tomatoe sauce and some vegetable like tomatoe or cucumber.

On weekends, smth random.

For lunch - chiecken, bacon, potatoes, rises sometimes, vegetables, zeppelins once a week. And fruits - bananas, orange, tangerines. Sometimes kivi.
On fridays free pizza at work with vegetables, bacon, cheese, sauce.

For supper - sometimes sandwiches if I want to eat quicker and play poker :), sometimes chicken, or bacon, potatoes fried or cooked, vegetables.

There are various other food but those are often.
