I have never posted before but want to let people know.
I received emails from pokerstars withdrawal team about a withdrawel i didnt make,
I then got emails about vip points to cash, then another withdrawel request.
2 hours later the account was frozen.
I didnt see the emails till 8 hours later, then emailed pokerstars tell them this was frauduelent withdrawel.
Their answer was this was made from a foreign country to a netteller account and the money had gone.
Funny when i withdraw it takes 3 days and has to be to an account in my name.
I have asked them why if they happily paid these requests why was my account frozen.
I received no reply as yet.
A couple of days ago they revoked my playing privileges with no apparent reason. Emailed them a few times and still waiting for a reply!
I've got £2, not worried about that, I just want to play lol
It's very strange, never had an issue before with them and they usually reply within hours, still waiting since sunday..
lol as someone who also had good experiences with support i can imagine the feeling. good luck

Hi.
I’ve created this account more than 9 years ago, you now disabled my account because you can’t verify my age?
That would mean, if I was under 18, I would’ve created my account when I was 8 years old. Seriously?
This is not an inconvenience, this is non sense. I understand the need to check the age but when you open an account, not a decade later.
Regards
Hi ESFX2000,
Your snappy reply made me smile
And I totally agree with you that it makes no sense to ask for age verification for an account that is almost 10 years old.
By using common sense they could figure out that you probably are over 18.
However I believe law and regulations forbid them using that common sense. The game providers are required to use Know Your Customer process. So they are obligated to verify your identity despite it is quite clear you are of legal age.
