Maybe bet small OTR and fold vs a raise?
When you check this you probably are capped. Villain can bluff you out. I don't have time to start calculating or analyzing this but I believe neither calling nor folding are terrible options.

I would bet bigger flop and turn.
As played, river is a fold vs this overbet.
