Why do you 3b preflop?

It works for me on NL2
I 3bet alot from the BTN , generally they fold alot to 3bet or the cbet I do if the flop is good for one.

I though the donk flop represent strenght , but couldn't find a fold there.

You cannot fold on flop or turn as you have a re-draw.

So everything in the hand seems ok , except for the 3bet PF?

I agree with nitrol. No need to 3bet pre. OTF i prefer to raise the donk bet and play for stacks

You said you 3bet a lot because they fold too much. I still prefer to call these pocket pairs. And this time it didn't seem to work?

If you are playing against a regular who folds a lot to 3 bet I'd 3 betting him with SC for bluffing and widening my range for value. We want to have him in the flop with a set, so we can stack him so I'd just call with pocket pairs.
Also careful if blinds are short stacks or fishes. You can get 4betted or called and then you won't find this move profitable.

I would cold call preflop
Raise the flop and potentially get it all in if possible. If he calls then usually he has a flush, but you still have 7 outs on the flop and 10 on the river.

why not raise flop? I think at this level you'd most probably get calls from lots of worse hands
