Yeah kinda depends on his stats. He is still mp1 and opening a 22M stack(which he shouldnt be raisefolding too much) but if you've seen him raisefold alot and he's generally being aggro from mp1 this should be +EV.

I would only do this if he’s a loose aggressive player and he’s raising always 3x here. Also, fold to 3bet stats could be useful here.
