Day 35

Hello, played for 4 hours, full focused, until the end of grind/last session. Did not have spews, tilt, etc. Had one light 3b shove in HU which was right but vs. wrong opponent (R/C J7s for 20+bb).
Worked on game/studied for 3 hours. 2 in the morning before coffee place (Lukas' cafe) and 1 more in the afternoon. Worked on fixing material, bcoz my study session is tomorrow or in 2 days, and new things will come.

Wish you all nice day and good luck.

Day 36

Hi, day 36 was one of the hardest day since I began with Spins. Could not find focus for playing and working on game at all. Was nervous, in some kind of a rush, did not pay enough attention about my plays, had 2 light 3 barrel calls, etc. Played for 5 hours, I dont know how I menage to do it. Have to play when I feel like it and when Im not.
About studying day was no good. Spent the most 2 hours, but I was not engrossed in it. Hope days like this will not repeat soon but I am aware it will sometimes. After all, good thing is that I pushed myself and achieved my daily goal.

Day 37

Yesterday played 5 hours, was fairly good, and I am satisfied how grind passed. Had much less mistakes and much more focus than previous day. Playing for 5 hours is just a plan for 4 days t catch up 1 day I missed, after that I am returning to my 3.5-4 hours a day, so I can study more.
Studying was for 2.5 hours about pre flop game plan which I want to know in the middle of the night.

Wish you all have a nice day and good luck.

Day 38
Was off poker.

Day 39
Today played for 5.5 hours, worked on game 1 hour steady... The month just started, going after my goals. A little bit late with grind, but it is only couple of hours. Worked on pre flop game plan, seems I get better at it.

See you tomorrow and have a nice evening.

Day 40

Good morning,
Yesterday played for 6 hours, worked on game 1.5 hours an had a study session with my coach, database checked, some of the leaks got a little better and some not. Grind was ok, it was full of spewy recreational players. I had a 2-4 hands that I am not clear with which I marked and plan to do a thinking process on each of these today. Studying was about 3bs range from BB, 3 way.

Have a nice day and see you tomorrow.

Days 41 and 42

In last two days played for nine hours, two tables all the time, worked on my game for between 4-5 hours. Grind was tough, it was swingy and tilt was the main problem. I could not find my way out of it, I could not stop it even I know what my tilt triggers are very good. I stopped playing when I felt I spew, cool my head down, take a short walk or whatever, but when next session starts, 10-15 mins. was enough to start again. This was also connected with a rush I felt... I felt it bcoz I had a private obligations in last two days which left me less time for poker. When I finished private stuff in the morning I was just like, I have to play 4+ hours today, no matter what. When you add a weak post flop, lack of focus, and that these two days were one of those when you do things mostly right but still cant win a pot due to lack of luck. Positive thing is that I catch up on volume and didnt break anything in the house like I did in the past...so, Im improving =)
This kind of opened my eyes and I have nothing to say more except I will continue to work even harder, play a lot, study even more!

I wish u all a nice day without tilt.

Keep going Phuketinho, in several months of steady post flop work you will dominate everyone on low stakes (up to 30s).

Hello again,
In last four days I played 11 hours and did not manage to work on my game how much I wanted/needed, and had a study session with my coach. Reason is that I had private obligations, my second job. Playing was better for sure, but still have tilt issue. I am trying to look the big picture and not let tilt make decisions instead of me. About studying, finally started to work on post flop, I invested enough time in my preflop strategy. I plan to do thinking process on one hand daily minimum. We will see how this will effect my game, hope positively =)

Good luck today and see you tomorrow.

Hello,
In last 3 days I played 12. 5 hours of poker, mixed one and two tables, at coffee place it was 1 and it was 2 at home. Playing was ok, though I had bad decisions, mainly due to the fact I am trying to put some new things in my post flop game, so it ended up badly. Still have a problem about listening my self, about the plays I make. In these 3 days I pushed myself to grind, to have some volume played in advance, so I can work on my post flop OOP.
Considering studying hours, I did a massive number of lost hands reviewed in 6 hours total, prepared hands that Im not clear with to discuss with my coach, I marked all the hands Ive lost bcoz of tilt, I marked all bad hands I think I should play differently.
I am satisfied with my effort but not with my mental state while I play and this is what I have to change in order to improve. I learn and I think, but it is not enough when I can not bring that knowledge at the tables. I will continue trying.

Good luck today, and see you soon.

Yeah, he has improved vs his road with 6 max SNGs. I feel May will be breaking point for him because I gave him more difficult targets that he needs to hit. And by the way, those targets when completed separate winning from loosing and professional from amateur poker players. Super hard to do and be consistent with it, but once he goes through with it he will either come stronger and win or quit/give up poker.
Super excited about his May updates and how his work will translate to his mental game and future results.

Good morning, just quick update considering past month and plans for this one. Played 105 hours total, 1100 games. In May I plan to play 115 hours minimum, 2 tabling, what I expect to become normal, and 1500 games. This is only 30min. more daily which should not be a problem at all. Little by little I will put more hours without really noticing it. By doing this, I will upgrade my status as well.
I am not satisfied with my chEv so far, which I am planing to change following months. This is the case bcoz I did not get use to Spins yet, I have hard time to stay cool headed and show my real knowledge. The game is faster, so easier to get upset about it. This is my main thing I need to work on. To change approach. One thing more I will do more is post flop/hand review/thinking process. This will help me to understand game better and that is crucial to have tilt beaten...

See you soon, good luck and have a nice day.

Hello everyone, In last two days played 8 hours, 2 tabling, with some 7$ added. New interesting and motivating stuff for me. It is a big thing when move up 3 limits in 2 months. =) Started to do post flop daily, i need more time than I expected, to do this, but after some time it will be become a habit I hope. Today is going to be tough to achieve everything I planed due to private obligations, but i can finish most of it. In upcoming days I will work more and try to catch up.

Wish u all have nice day and happy grind.
