Dear 888 rep,

i would like to ask from a legal point of view, what should the notarized document prove to you when you make such request in the light of this:

"A notary public acts as an official and unbiased witness to the identity of a person who comes to them for a specific purpose. In order to check the authenticity of the signature, which appears on a document, the notary may ask to see photo identification, such as a driver's license, before notarizing documents. Notaries do not read the documents that they sign to see if the information in them is legally correct. The fact that a document is notarized does not relate in any way to the statements made in the document or the accuracy of the contents of the document. The notary only authenticates the signature of the person seeking notarization of his/her signature – nothing more"

Thank you for the answer

You can but they may still ask for ID as they randomly do at times so you will not know unless you try it.
Thanks

They will probably ask you for a DNA test It's very close in my case to ask for that, they will do anything not to pay of you make a substantial win, just look in the internet for opinions about them.

It's just for the player's protection to make certain that everything is as it should be.

Is it? So how come one can deposit and loose even $10.000 without any verification and when he wins you suddenly "take care of the player"?

This is an ongoing issue that our operations team deal with every day and hopefully they will eventually clear it up completely some day soon.
Thanks

Looks like 888 is willing to resolve the matter in a positive way which makes me happy and of course will make me rethink what i wrote here but let's wait till the end and see, so far looking very promising.

You need to click the link on the bottom righthand corner to bring the chatbox up.
It is shaped like a bubble fyi.

This is a terrible update. Opening and closing chat moves around the tables which really sucks when you play more than 1 table. I doubt that any fun player cares about this, but it really aggravates the regs

You see, this is exactly the kind of updates that 888 is happy to make :f_biggrin:

FWIW, in Blast, the chat is still at the same place at the bottom left where it was a week ago, at least in my client.

Ok, I had to enlarge the table size to make that bubble visible. Anyway, the chat that I got is on the side fo the table, I'd like to get other. Is there anyway the come back to the older version of the software?

No sorry there is no way you can get an older version.
Give it time and you will get used to it.

Sorry, but this is total BS. You are not talking to the rec players here in this forum.
Why should I get used to having the window moving around, when I want it to stay where I put it?.

What do you thing what will happen?. Most of the regs which did some chatting with the fun players (like myself) will stop doing it. Consequently this change will NOT give the fun payer more quality of service or more fun but LESS.
