Hi,
sorry for the format of the hand. Villains are regs (no more precise stats though). OTF, I think the guy in blind is weak and I can easily outplay him, usually he folds right OTF, if not then he will to my cbet OTT. But honestly I didn´t really much think about the other guy, who actually hits this board pretty well. So maybe we should just c/f OTF? When he calls OTF I kinda like the 9h OTT. A lot of his possible FD from the flop are blocked, also straight which gets there is 86, J8, which is highly unlikely he has, so I think I can pretty easily continue betting. I assume he raises most of his sets right OTF.

We have missed the flop completely and we are playing out of position against 2 players and I would keep the pot small with our backdoor flush draw and 2 over cards. No need to bluff I think, but it works well this time. I don’t think it’s profitable on the long run.

Cheers,

Ok guys, gotta admit I agree. But as played, can we pull the trigger OTT as well? And what about different rivers?

I think it's a decent spot to 4bet bluff pre, BB can squeeze wide enough to have a folding range for sure. Flatting the squeeze just invites in the two cold callers and your hand plays horrible in those spots. Id rather turn the hand into a bluff pre and try and take that dead money or you could always fold , calling is the worst option here though for me.

Postflop just looks like a bit of a mess tbh. BB can have all the over pairs and i wouldn't bank on people being able to fold them. And Btn is still to act and can have all sets and some some big combo draws plus JJ QQ and strong top pair. Turn completes flushes straits and some 2 pair. All Looks pretty spewy if i'm honest postflop .

I am not ok with the preflop call. 4b bluff or fold. Our hand is not that good for possible mw pot.
OTF just xf and move on.

This is the kind of hand where we tap ourselves on the back and congratulate us for playing good aggressive poker. (Because all finally folded to our projected magnificent strength.) The truth is that we make a near hopeless preflop call, and then enter into the dark tunnel bluff. In this bluff, you desperately hope that villains fold, and the longer they call, the darker and scarier the tunnel gets and the more desperate we are to make them fold. Mathematically, when entering such a bluff, you are gambling your stack to win the relatively small pot that is in there on the flop.
