I would most likely only call in position against an unknown. Now I would fold on his 4bet for more than ¼ of my stack. I don’t think you can play this hand profitable against his 4betting range.

Cheers,

I would not fold pre IP bvb.

I think we can bet at latest on turn, ppl in micros will not have aces ever here but can have draws that will call.

River I think our hand is just a bluffcatcher, no better will fold no worse call so no need to bet anymore.

why not fold vs 4b? don't u think their range is only aa, some kk until shown otherwise?
In my experience people do check twice OOP as trap with AA here and ont he river again in my experince worse does call if we check twice.
Seems we have diff player pools or smthing. but ofc I'm talking about fish not regs

No, I dont autmatically assume opponent has AA only range here. It's BvB PLO2 zoom, totally unknown opponent with big stack. It would help to have some reads how aggressive he is, but I'm not folding until more information, I'm taking a flop with this premium hand.

But if you've better grasp about PLO2 pool tendencies and he is really AA heavy, then you're right you probably should just fold. Having A in your hand is better in the sense that you can flop NFD and if he has KK you've A as an out. But if he has AA, you would do better with non-ace hand, like KQJT.

Against AA, AKK hero has only 30%, and will flop the 35% eq needed only 35% of flops. With KQJT he would have 37% and will flop 35% eq closer to 50% of flops.

About postflop. I would say it's really uncommon for anyone trapping two streets here with AA. Sure, you could trap if the board was such that really doesn't hit ranges, but T9 hits 3bet/call 4bet range. Your opponent will have all kind of straightdraws, but usually not many aces so he should just take free cards to see if he hits. So it makes little sense to trap with vulnerable hand against hand that have equity, but are glad to see free cards instead of stabbing lightly.

Here hero doesn't have to bet big, so he can get called by worse. If opponent check-raises all-in, it's just an easy call with TP+nut wrap, hero has the needed eq even against AA easily OTF (~40%), also OTT even when eq has already dropped (~30%).

River hero has TPTK, one pair hand. What are the worse hands, that will call him here?

you're right actually in my 100k plo5 sample their 4b of avergae player is 7%, although that's because there are loose passive who only 4b AA and maniacs who 4b like 15% so those who really do 4b 7% aren't that many I'd guess but still yeah I think now it's probably a call vs unknown.

Postflop: river they call vs our bet with KK, QQ, JJ, Tx because since we checked twice in their heads they don't believe we have an A... happened a lot to me.

But you're right on the turn probably we should bet to charge worse although some of the time he will be trapsing AA there I saw it cuple of times but probably in my mind happened way more often than it really happened. and ofc with a wrap we can call a xr so def bet. although on the flop I'd still be careful vs unkown, not sure if I'd bet since this line 4b and then check on A just stinks a bit.

Against AAxx our call preflop is around -2bb EV. So in theory, we should fold. In reality, I wouldn't fold. I can even pay that 2bb in EV to create a bit wilder imago.

At micros 4bets are AAxx unless there's information to make it wider. :)
