I called the check raise because his play doesn't make much sense. I would think the preflop 3-better would cbet this board very often. His check raise is implying that he has 22, 33, 99, or 23s, but I don't think he's 3-betting any of those combos....except maybe 99. Since the board is dry, why check raise his strongest hands? I suppose he could have JJ+, but I feel like his check raise looks weak to me.
