Hi 888Rep I need your help with my problem.
My account NataLeeee was disabled a few months ago. They have asked me to provide documents to prove my identity. I have already showed multiple documents but it's always not enough for them and they keep coming back asking for other documents.
I have so far provided my passport, bank details, marriage certificate, home address, etc. They always come back asking for more and other documents despite me sending original copies. This has been an extremely frustrating process. I have been very cooperative so far and provided the documents asked from me. I want to get this issue resolved so I can continue using my account. This whole experience has been really unpleasant and irritating.
How long is this going to take? Other Poker sites only ask for driving licence (which I can provide you), and it's enough. The emails keep going back and forth, and it can take up to 5 days for your response, and after another 5 days you will come back asking for more details. This has been dragging on for months.
I want to get this resolved right now. Please give me your best contact number so I can call and get this resolved immediately. I don't want to keep waiting 5 days for a response, and a further 5 days after you ask for more documents.

Are the $5 Blast satellites to XL Main Event available in Russia yet? I'm not seeing them in the lobby - I'm only seeing the regular $5 Blast with the $50K top payout. I've tried restarting the desktop poker client many times today but it wouldn't update itself. I even reinstalled it and still saw no Blast sats.
Anyway, do I take it right that, when a $25 prize pool hits in the Blast sat, it pays to 2 players ($17.50 and $7.50) just like the regular Blast?

Hi, All players should have the Blast satellites to XL Main Events under the Blast tab. If downloading the newest version from the web site does not help you, then please click F4 to see the pop up which will tell you what version have and we will check

Later tonight, I'll try uninstalling the client fully (with a registry cleanup) and installing it again (from a freshly downloaded setup file like I did yesterday, of course). This might help, at least so I hope.
My client has just auto-updated itself to version p-1-ru-4-7.2-30-4 (that does have the Blast sats to the XL Inferno) so the case has been solved, thanks
