Well this link doesn't answer his question, tbh...

2000 MCP - You clear 50$ starting capital (like link says).
5000 MCP - You can withdraw this money.

I'll see about getting that added into the "how to", as it's makes it sound like you can withdraw after 2000.

I am contacting you regarding your recent withdrawal request.
