Pokerstrategy Bulgarian Community
Currently in construction. If you flip some pages of this blog you'll see me talking about some ideas, but now they are on the course of being realised and it makes me extra happy. Needless to say, I'll be involved with it. I have excellent contact with the people on charge, the two Bulgarian Community Managers(both very motivated and nice girls),and Im currently something like a special advisor for all the translation stuff. The hard task those girls have taken involves translating a whole bible of poker terminology and slang, and thats like creating a new language altogether.Here I'll have to give my respect to the two CMs, as they are very attentive and ask a lot of questions in order to shape the material as we, players, want it to be.It brings a very nice working atmosphere and motivates me for the future. Who knows, once its ready I'd probably be the hand judge and why not a coach?

Ipoker
Well , Im basically moving there after I finish the bonus,so I made some preparations for a change. I unlocked the license of EyePoker(super deal for only ~15 rake), Great software for table selection,and modded the tables a bit. I also will subscribe to a HandHistory service, so I wouldnt need to datamine myself.
I hope all this will be comming on NL100.
In the meantime, another evening of connection problems so I couldnt grind @ bwin. Today, I guess

About Trulli - All the chaos and stuff missed that the toyotas actually also have an incredible performance as well as reliability, with Trulli being unlucky in both of the races. Safest bet for me
Update(It was time)
Well, last weekend was easter for all the orthodox people, so I was Kinda in a family. Looking at my last post, I lost all the F1 bets, it started to rain, and I could say the reason for the losing is the rain. Anyway, it had about 23% of happening, according to google :).
Not much poker during the weekend, some sessions during last two days.
Today's session went fine, my bb/100 is now 11 over a 25k hand sample, which would be enough for me to move on. Bonus is at 86%, to be cleared in 2 days.Then, some NL100 shots at ongame will follow, and then, Ipoker.
Nice progress darkonebg, i am at 93% on the bwkn bonus. Just a quick question about the rake at NL30/50, I play NL30 and you play mainly NL50, is there a big difference in rake as you seem to clear the bonus much faster than me. Also is there much difference in play at each level from NL30 to NL100?
Maybe the reason you generate quite alot of rake is because you play quite loose?
Here you get to see the normal rake per site (in big bets).
I dont play that loose to make such a huge difference, in fact my style lately is around 21/15.Keep in mind that NL50 is almost double as NL30 and the rake is capped much more often.
Currently I pay like 10bb/100 for rake, which is quite normal for ongame 5max.
NL50 compared to NL30 is quite the same, bit more aggro I'd say, but fishy never the less.
Still havent tried the NL100 tables, I'll review it once I do, dont worry :).
Up, down, then up again
Well, after a rather short session during the afternoon I was about two stacks up, then the client bugged during an AA and some guys shoving before me, and I sat out. That tilted me big time and I stopped.Then ,after taking care of some RL stuff, started playing a midnight session. Started rather terrible, with sets over sets,flushes over flushes, sets over flushes and so on .Managed to lose 6 stacks, then grinded them back to the original +90 I started today.Bonus is at 92%, I will play one NL50 and one NL100 session to clear the whole bonus tomorrow.
First NL100 session
Well, I promised a good and structured review, and this is what I'll make.
4 table session went fine, kinda below equity with big suckouts from midstacks for 2-3 outers. Played a total of 510 hands on 4 tables, completely BE.
I wouldnt say the level is much better than NL50, just the complete fish have to be searched and tables changed more often, as I see more regs and people with ok stats.Still, the main source of income, the idiot fish, is present.

@mishuq Yes it is.It was to be precise. Interesting thing is that once you are done with it, you can enter the new bonus code and start clearing it.
...Or at least that's what I've done. I shouldnt have, as that allowed me to play more while being behind, until finally I've put a 7 hour latenight session.Tables were nicest, with players around 92/34 on each and every one, sitting pretty much deep. I finished -450$, 3 stacks below equity, without even measuring the coolers. During that session I lost connection (only with the Bwin client or a certain bwin table)and lagged out of the perfect tables more than 7 times,sometimes during a hand, so I believe that cost me at least a stack in real value and who knows how many in potential one.I produced a crazy ammount of rake, around 400$, and still couldn't clear not one increment of the new, even worse bonus.
Some could say I just got leveled on the new limit, but, well, if I felt Like Im being outplayed, I'd simply quit. See the following hands and judge for yourself:

Looking back at those hands I'd say I should have had a soo winning session, but no, the number of smaller pots I lost when my strong-to-very-strong hand was counterfitted or sucked out by the same plays those guys made,along with those where I had to fold w/o a showdown made this a really bad day for poker.And did I mention the connection issues?
It is decided then.Although I theoretically can stay at bwin and grind the new bonus out,playing along with those soft guys, I think that Im missing so much value from those connection problems, low rakeback along with higher rake, and impossibility of a proper table selection that it cant really make up for the softer play.I'll clear the first 100$ increment(200PP more or smth), and then Im out.
I watched few parts of this epic session and I can't disagree - perfect tables and bad coolers/suckouts.... It's so frustrating to watch those guys playing with like 90 VPIP and keep winning nearly every hand.

same here. I thought "oh great! this morning I'll play for around 1,5 h, clear the bonus and take a break from poker for a couple of days..."
in fact I entered the 1k bonus soon after and finished my day at 6 am after about 4-5 2 hours sessions

@Mishuq - I dont know what kind of a bonus this is, as it gives no more than 20% rakeback. + its cleared best by the loose-passive preflop and tight-passive postflop style(cheked it out myself).Doesnt surprise me, this whole site is so fishy,that even the bonuses are adapted to the fish.

Still, Im shipping a 800$ profit from playing, 600$ from bonuses(around 33% overall rakeback), and 100ish from market points.Put with that the previous bonuses I grinded out and it should make for a nice 2000$ month(or more like semi-month, which is even better).
Talking about months.The harringtons on cash games have arrived, and I need a break from poker anyway, so I may spend another week period reinforcing my theory(and convincing myself that It was a swing and not bad play ).I have a trip to Paris in the beggining of may, after that - exams, so its kinda scary pokerwise, but well, I'll find time.

I'm currently playing on bwin myself, the soft is really crappy and the bonus isn't as good in rakeback as I thought it would be, you're right, everything about that sight smells like fish, even the bonus ♦
