And I would make the 3bet a little bigger because you are OOP.

Honestly, I doubt the OP knows what OOP (out of position) means considering that he didn't even know if he made a cbet or not in the hand posted.

It's probably more a language issue. Surely he wasnt asking if he was cbetting or not, he ment to ask if he should cbet or not...
