Is this good play or not?

T is bet fold you wont see worse for value then you have and not many bluffs either on this board

But I would bet 2/3

Turn sizing is way too small. You represent JT, would you ever bet that small if you had it? It could work as an inducement against aggressive player, but you don't have a good hand even to bluff catch. I would bet 20c on the flop and check turn. PLO2, once he calls the flop he isn't folding the blank turn.
