If you 3bet like now you are changing your hand in to a bluff and off course, he folds a decent amount on 3bets you don’t want to play a big pot out of position I think.

The rest of the hands seems well played to me. Maybe you could cBet for thin value and protection, but check/call for pot control is also fine. Especially if he likes to raise a lot in spots like this.

The river seems like an easy fold. He has a lot of Ax in his range and some flushes as well.

i might just fold pre and not feel bad at all about it

flop is good, turn seems not so good. the more i think about it the more it's a fold, we certainly have some Kx to bluffcatch with and Qx spade draws.
the problem is that he is hardly valuebetting a worse hand, so he's probably polarized, but we cannot call the river. we only improve like 10% of the time and he can jam pretty much literally all rivers, many of which improve him.

3 bet is certainly fine. C/C flop C/F turn. That is one of the ugliest boards for Q10o possible. It sucks because his bet is small but I am throwing this in the muck on the turn

This would be quite standard fold for me pre. Postflop looks ok. Turn maybe could be folded but the bet size is less than half pot so we have to win this just 25% of the time. We have that 10% chance to improve as Tomaloc mentioned, then I think there is a fair chance that villain checks back OTR with a hand like AQ, JT and so on.. He also might give up with some of his bluffs.

I agree with the fold preflop. No need to fight for every pot.
Postflop is fine. If the turn bet was bigger we should fold.

I would not have played this way preflop..
but then .. on the flop how come you do not attack with 4bet ??? at least I rate the flop ... and then in the case I fold.
