I like your line, would play it the same. Cbetting can't be that bad as you block a pair from the board and some straightdraws which helps taking the pot down on the flop, but I imagine you'd have to fold if you get jammed on. I would be much more inclined to cbet this same spot (1/2pot) if you had a BDFD, in that case you can stack-off vs 1 villain if you get shoved on.

Yeah, that's very disgusting spot. You only need 33%ish equity to go from there, but I think you will not get it against two shoving ranges.

No, you need even less, 26% if betting 25$. You won't have great equity, but I will let you off the hook if you stack off Also BB might have weaker holdings than expected, and BTN might be aware of that and also that you can be pushed out of the pot with raise.
