He looks like a fish and top pair is HU very strong and I would defiantly bet for value on the river.
As played I can’t fold on his bet. He could have some busted draws and he could value bet with worse. If he has you beat it’s too bad.

Cheers,

How is he reacting to attack on limps? Is he limp calling any 2? I would deffinitelly consider a raise preflop to help you estimate his range otherwise u facing a guessing game. He can have any 2 there and a lot of low 2P hits boards like this , any 3x hand is possible there as well.

As played dont see a reason not to bet that River for value. As SDK1987 said you can extract some value from his busted draws and lower pairs that he decides to call down with. I probobly bet/fold this river depending on the opponent im playing. Dont think I ever check there cause u letting him to push you off a better hand. Again as played Its a bit of a guess but I call.

I think there is something wrong with the hands because how can you be the BB and still first to act against SB?

I agree with Zagi11. I would raise preflop against the limp, don't want to give him a cheap flop when i am in position and have a decent hand.

Based on stats it's a passief player. I would make the flop- and turnbet a little bit bigger so you can shove river. On the flop and turn you mostly have the best hand.

As played i would bet/fold river. Your check on the river looks weak, i agree with Zagi11's explanation.
