Flop:
When SB pots this flop mw, I am not sure if I should raise the flop because I might be behind QJ and straights and the only hands I am going to get it in against good are JT and FDs or combo draws, so I really do not like raising this flop even though there are lots of cards I don´t want to see on the turn.
Turn:
As I make my boat I feel pretty confident, especially since I now overtake QJ and straights and flushes. Also, I somewhat discount QQ and JJ for villain, since he might 3bet it pre!? So a bet on the bigger side seems in order after villain suddenly checks. I go for 66% pot.
River:
Villain checks again, and the river card seems perfect, as I might now sometimes get value from 9x, too. Anyway, flushes and straights might pay me off as well as JT.
So I make a hefty bet. I did not really consider the stack sizes or I might actually have shoved (or bet a little smaller in case I would still want to fold to a raise, I just did not expect this river raise at all. Unfortunately, I was multitabling and did not really give enough thought to this situation)
Now he clicks it back (which is a little odd because he leaves like 1.5 bbs behind, but ok). Can I fold here? Does he have AhKh, QQ and JJ in this spot too, and would he play it this way? Of course, a hand that would actually make some sense for villain is 9h8h or Kh9h.
Actually, there is only one combo of JTs he can have. A reasonable player would not raise river with a flush, so even though I am getting great pot odds, maybe I could actually consider a fold!?
Assuming his range for making this river play is AhKh, Kh9h, 9h8h, JdTd, QdTd, JJ (excluding QQ which he supposedly 3bets) equilab tells me I have 18.75%
If I take out AhKh, which he might also 3bet pre, I have 21.43% equity.
This is assuming he never has any bluffs on this river when he clicks it back and the worst hand he does it with for value is JTs.
Getting pot odds of approximately 0.23 I actually need to fold if I assigned villain the correct range.
I would mainly be interested in your opinion on
1) how you would size on turn and river with respect to the stack sizes and possible villain 2bets.
2) how you would construct villain´s range after his river raise for an average 5NL reg whith tight-aggressive tendencies.
