The hand is well played. You pretty much put villain on a reasonable range. He could have overpairs that he feels he must shove to protect from draws. Could have hit 2pair or then had it already OTF and ofc all of the sets are in his range. Combo draws possible also.

I think that combo draws will push on flop. TT, 33 will push flop too.
He has something that connected with the turn card - QQ, QT, Q8, Q3s.... AQs ( but not so sure).
You cannot fold a set here.

Additionally, your opponent might try a bad bluff line. Well played on all streets. You cannot fold ott.

Thank you all! And one more question: What about if the turn card complete the flush too?

Are you ready to fold a set vs the flush on board?

That would make things more difficult. Against straights or flushes you still have about 22% equity but here you need almost 34% to call profitably (if I calculated correctly, just woke up :f_biggrin:). The biggest problem is that I think when flush hits it is no more so likely that villain raises with weaker value hands. Now he can stack off with 33 or QT but I guess those wouldn't raise so often when flush hits.

Villain will push all sets, overpair and combo draws on flop, imo. When he check-shove it's always strong, but we can't fold.
