STT time!

Yes, this is still a Sit and Go blog! :f_biggrin::f_ugly: Even though I´m on vacation this week, didn´t have enough time to play MTT - gonna do sports afterwards. Worked well at the new limit (5.50 $), won 3 SnGs (9max), got once second and once third, in order to play enough hands within a certain time, I´m playing also the 2.20 $ (okay, couldn´t play enough SnGs otherwise) and some 1.10 $ when traffic is poor. Besides 9-max SnGs I played some DONs, won most of them. Made a nice winning, ........urm.....how much BR do I have? :f_ugly::f_ugly: Gonna count the money next week.......

A little health update

So, now with half the dosage of Paxil I´m able now to eat 3 (small) meals per day. With those nasty chemicals (lamotrigine and paroxetine) I really should eat well to support my central nervous system. While beeing on the higher dosage of Paxil I could only eat tiny portions and maximum 2 meals per day - which was probably also an important aspect which lead to bad side effects. And I ate BAD stuff! I was glad that I could eat something at all! Now with a little bit more appetite I´m gonna eat HEALTHY! A lot of fruit and veggies, salads, fatty fish and meat (fat is important for the central nervous system).

Anyways, today I have a lot of domestic chores to do, which involves also cooking for the next few days, Stars has a reduced tourney schedule anyway, don´t know if I will be able to grind, at 9 p.m. I will go to Collins coaching (as always).

Crash session!!!

Was playing MTT today on Party and Stars. A bit of an unlucky session, only 2 ITMs and a big crash. Stars crashed, my Laptop crashed and is making now big updates. Writing this mobile.

An early grind and a lemon tree

Did my grinding session already this morning, just STTs ♠_ugly: Afterwards had to do the terrace/gardening and bought a beautyful lemon tree!!! ♠_drink: Bought also some tomato, chilli and peperoni plants as well as a little orange-tree. Gotta repot some plants tomorrow and did already a first cleaning of the terrace. Besides, we bought new deckchairs. It will be a very relaxing atmosphere!

Oh, yeah, right, this is a poker-blog: Played only STTs, 9-max SnGs, 6-max SnGs and 6-max DONs. How I enjoyed Villains who know where the fold button is!! Oooh, playing at the 5.50 $ is a relief! Still gotta play 2.20 $ besides in order to get the sample size. But I notice that there are less calling stations at the 5.50 $ which means: I can play more aggressively and put pressure on Villains! ♠_drink: You indeed can defend your blind and don´t get called by KTo at the bubble! ♠_drink:♠_thumbsup: Anyway, there are still enough and bad regs who don´t know the correct push/fold ranges and bluff too rarely. Won today, thought I ended up break-even because I busted from a bunch of SnGs but okay, could make also a couple of 1st places and some 2nd places, besides won most of the DONs.

Early STT-grind and beautyful weather

So you can guess why I just grinded DONs. The weather is beautyful here and I´m looking forward to go outside for another nice bike tour (did already one yesterday). So I thought I do my grinding session in the morning and will enjoy outdoor sports in the afternoon. ♠_cool:♠_love:

Won most of the DONs and the 5.50 $ are really not hard, it´s so nice to see less calling stations and less horrible calls at the bubble, even though there are still very bad regs and fishes, which make terrible calls, but at least you can now defend your blinds, outplay them postflop and enjoy the fact that some Villains already know when they shouldn´t call. In the 1.10$ and 2.20 $ many Villains just see their hands which look pretty and call because they have two face cards or a suited ace, no matter in which stage of the DON we are. So have to adjust my ranges (tighten up) while in the 5.50 $ I can slowly play a bit looser which is of course way more fun! ♠_drink:

Chicken run!

Decided to take a shot today and registered to the 4.40 $ Women´s special (can only play MTTs up to 3.30 $ so far according to BRM). And just briefly said: I won it! I rocked it! 1st place! ♠_drink:♠_biggrin:♠_cool: Besides won a a 45-man SnG and came ITM in a little 50 ct. turbo MTT I late-regged just for fun (and be able to play as many tournaments as possible within a certain time).

So, nice winning and nice BR-boost today! ♠_thumbsup:

By this occation I would like to thank my coach Honigmund38 who prepared me also very well for the HUs, so that I could win them!

Winning but ....

dissapointed a bit. Placed 6th in a 180 SnG, came 2x ITM in the 2K and 1,5 K Gtd. on Stars, came ITM in PLO on Party, made an FT at the Bounty Hunter on Party, but missed the FT in the 3.30 $ Wednesday-6-max on Party with a cooler 88 vs JJ (Blind vs Blind) and that sucks! Placed only 7th! ♠_cry:♠_frown:♠_evil:

Didn´t win as much as I wanted but ....yeah, first world problems. I´m a bit dissapointed anyway ♠_cry:

It´s actually a big first world problem - and the Wednesday-6-max doesn´t dissapear (hope so), so there will be many other opportunities to play it and place at the FT.

By the way, I gotta mention that PartyPoker brought a couple of good tourneys (back), at least some of my favourites are back and that makes me happy. There are other new MTTs which I like. Happy to play more MTTs on Party! ♠_thumbsup:

The drowsy poker player

My todays session was super-boring :f_ugly:, nothing special happened (okay you can´t win an MTT every day), was card-dead and my hands didn´t make it. So I was folding most of the time and got busted by some miracle lucky hands like runner-runners and such stuff. Well, donks get lucky from time to time, that´s the way it is. Not sure if I will play later in the evening some MTTs, let´s see ...... I just got a bit drowsy ....

Oooh, awsome! Paxil is now fully kicking in! Woke up motivated, happy, self-confident, life is great! ♠_drink:♠_drink: I feel great!

No complaining!

Okay, I can´t and won´t complain: Placed 3rd in the 500 $ Gtd. Bounty Hunter on Party, came ITM in PLO8 on Party (placed 10th) , another ITM on Party (guess 15th), ITM in the 1K Gtd. on Stars and ITM and a little bit frustrating 18th place in the 1,5 K Gtd. PKO on Stars. STTs didn´t go so well, but made a nice winning anyway. So no complaining. :f_ugly::sifflote:

ITM here, ITM there....

...but nothing big. Came ITM in the PLO 150 $ Gtd. on Party (12th place), in the 2K Gtd. on Stars and got money for knocking out people in the 2.20 $ "Bounty Builder" on Stars. That´s all. Played only MTT today and before we made a very nice bike tour. The weather is beautyful here, 20 °C, sunny and I struggeled a bit to make it to the tables because it was super nice to spend time outside, but I wanna grind up so I gotta take poker a bit serious. The tourneys were fun and with every MTT I get more and more experience and practice.

Well, you cannot always cash big in MTTs. There´s variance and we are only humans and make mistakes.

A lazy day

I am so tired today. Almost fell asleep after sports and decided to give myself a little break and spend a lazy day. I don´t know what made me so tired: the sports, the stress I had during the last couple of months, the Paxil...? Who knows? But anyways, I´m enjoying my day under our beautyful lemon tree, reading. Got henna on my hair now (it was about time to do my hair). My hair is still ginger, was thinking about dyeing my hair jet black but figured that I would probably look like "Morticia Addams" whith my pale skin and the black hair? Could go as vampire to every costume party. No no, didn´t dare it, I stay a redhead.
