3bet pot, call, fold or allin?

His range to call a 3bet in those position is probably something like QQ-77, AKo-AQo, AKs-ATs, KQs-T9s, maybe some KJs and KTs. I don't think he would tipically raising TP OTF, so we are left with AJs, JJ, KdQd, maybe occassionaly KdTd, Td9d. So overall, I think he has alot more hands that beat us than bluffs + those bluffs have alot of equity against our hand. I would fold.

This way you put yourself in bad position: by checking you kind a obliged to check call at least 2 streets (twilight zone) and we dont like a lot of cards on turn and river. By betting we get better info on his ranges.

I agree that we should fold after the raise.
One small note: when you give villain's stats, please tell the sample size too.

If you have checked the stats in the hand you can see it’s a sample of 203 hands, but bet/fold seems the best line on a wet board like this on the flop.
