Hey guys,
I recently played this hand, and as played, I exactly knew what Villain was on. Or at least I had strong indication that he beats me, because of his line.
- 3handed in Position he bet on a flushdraw- connected flop which indicates, he has a strong, but vulnerable hand
- when the flush hit the turn he checked behind
- when the river brought a potential fullhouse he raised my bet
So far, so good. My line probably wasn't optimal. I decided to check flop with gutshot + Q high flushdraw and 1 overcard vs 2 opponents. I think this is not the worst decision, but a 60-70% potsized cbet would be perfect to get as much money in as possible by river when the flush or straight hit.
On the turn my check was weak, especially since I suggested CO to have a set. I somehow was scared vs 2 opponents to reveal my hand, but it is a clear clear value bet here. Especially vs CO, but I am repeating what I already said.
On the river I tried to get some value from lower flushs from BB he may have played awkward, and I guess many Villain call here with 2 pair and triplets. BB could have - if he has a hand at all - mainly 2 pair and triplets, I guess.
When CO raised, yeah, I think I shouldve felt because his line is never flushs but face up fullhouses. I was curious if I had read it right, but I guess, it should be a fold - what do you think?
