I dont like how the hand is played...

Point 1, play with a full stack.

Point 2, yes, a raise OTT for pot building and protection is necessarry. There are many river cards killing the action or being scary either.

Point 3, river is a fold. Straight draw and flush draw completed. Pot odds are miserable, were only beating KQ and QT.

OTF: you should raise bigger around 3/4 of flop and not give to him odds to play combo draws/ Same OTT --- if you have value you must have to extract value from it.

Yes definitely raise the turn here. As Tony said, you need to protect against draws and also build a bigger pot.

I agree with the guys above:
i dislike the passive play.
Unless i had some read on the villain i would re-raise OTF, both for protection and value, because the way you played you allowed the villain to see an extra card for 0.05 on a 0.30 pot (OTF) and for 0.10 on a 0.40 (OTT) and that drove you to a hard spot OTR.
