Analysis
Villain limp and does not raise pre-flop so I don't believe he as JJ+,AQs+ and I may even exclude AQo+ (I think his range could be reduced even more). However, on this kind of board I believe I'm too often behind and I should have c/f on the flop.

Review of the day
Today I tried to focus on hand reading and I played without the HUD of PT, as it is still not relevant.
The overall hour I played was good I also followed one rule (out of the common mistakes) I often break the most: being to curious, which I believed helped me avoid making unnecessary calls.

Analysis

So, on this hand I got a bit scared money because my 4Bet should have been bigger like 36BB or so. Afterwards on the flop I'm not very sure if I should have C-bet or not.

According to equilab if I put vilain on { KK-TT, AJs+, KQs, AQo+ } I am still ahead, I just need to be better at calculating the odds and the money I need to obtain in return.

MP looks reasonable. That lets me believe that a 3Bet from MP with all AJs, KQs, TT, AQo seems far fetched. Do you 3bet these hands vs UTG? I know you don't have a lot of hands on MP but I would put him on the tighter side.
I think the analysis can be quite simple. 4bet to 40bb. That's 4x and a bit more for being OOP and deeper than 100bb. MP has about PS left if he calls and you can shove with <33% EQ needed on many flops.

This is probably the worst case, if he calls with everything. Which is close to BE. If MP starts folding AKs/AKo it gets even better, because you win a lot with your FE. Or you can remove some AA/KK from his range because he looks straight forward and would prob. shove these preflop. That boosts your EQ aswell.

Review from last Tuesday

Since the last Tuesday I've been following the course proposed by Confidant91.
I need to review my position and some of my starting hands, my hand reading has improved a bit but I'm still not able to focus on all players, so I focus mainly on people with short stacks, who don't stack to max, etc.
I tried to play on three tables no zoom, it is going ok for the moment.

Hand 1:
Bet Flop with ~33% size. On Turn I would bet 1/2 Pot and on River I fold vs. donk shove. Maybe you can bet also on Flop already 1/2 pot.
Depends on what he will call. But with a 33% you do nothing wrong and Ax and Kx will call and also some pocket pairs. Pot bet makes no sense because you get mostly only value from Qx and better hands.

Hand 2:
Yes, raise flop as you said already, As played I think you should bet bigger on Turn. Something like 1/2 pot seems to be good. Only 86s has the straight at this point but SB should not call this hand preflop vs. UTG ok so maybe its even better to bet ~2/3 pot on turn. On river I would just fold. Straight and flush is possible and im pretty sure that you will most of the time run into the better hand. Just try to thinks like this:
Would he donk a bottom pair? No.
Would he donk a mid pair? No.
Would he donk a top-pair? No.
Would he donk a two-pair? No.

Would he donk a straight? Yes.
Would he donk a flush? Yes.

I see there also no bluffs on river.

the main HUGE leak i see is that you're slowplaying/trickplaying a fuckton. TQ raise turn, AT shove river yourself, raise your sets on the flop etc...
when you have the nuts, fastplaying is rarely a mistake, while slowplaying often is. of course there are exceptions, but try to focus on the rule and not the exceptions for now

- Fold QTo in UTG but open raise when its suited.

- ATs you can bet flop smaller. On River fold always vs. Reg if you dont have any reads about his river betting freq.
Vs. fish i would rather call but again it sucks readless because the people dont bluff enough.
vs. Fish you can also bet again small on river.
Your river check-raise was not good unless you have a good reason.

First and foremost, thank you everybody for your input. It's really helping me understand some of my mistakes.
For the moment I am playing and trying to apply what you've told me, especially the

slowplaying/trickplaying a fuckton

What I'm focusing on still is the hand reading and trying to put my opponent on a range, for example for hand below, I knew exactly what he had, I should have kept on betting though, I still have that money fear leak. I also focus on weak player which I usually mark and wait for good spot, usually in position to "attack". Overall the corrections I brought to my game have allowed me to leave quicker very complicated spot and to value more the hands I wanted.
