I try to post the hands i played well and also the ones i screwed up to have a honnest overview about my own game.
Yes hope to keep increasing my different BRs the same way, slowly but steady I know i'm a real turtle but it works.
Wish to be able to put more volume in games but with health it's nott easy to deal with. That's why i shifted to night sessions because lately i feel better during nights than days but it's okey i manage it so i still can play. Keeps my mind busy and brain working so it's all good.

Hey Papa! Just took a quick glance at your blog. I think you might be focusing on the wrong hands for the "hand of the day" topic. You should probably focus on hands that left you any doubt as to how you played them instead of mainly suckout/bad beats. The rest seems like a nice review of your progress. I think you didn't see the whole blog , last hands were mainly hands i sucked out my opponents
Also hands of the day are more like funny hands for me. For hands i have doubts about i check them using Equilab and HRC or would post them in adapted forum section. But i appreciate your concern and opinion so feel free to come by and drop any suggest or tought :f_thumbsup::f_thumbsup:

Seems this month i'm gonna have to lower the freerolls and ticket MTTs To get back to Silver Status. Freerolls do not generate rake and ST points even if they were juicy last month. Good Thing i saved the articles and videos few days before hehe

Also about your BR management check for some variance calculator online, you can have an idea of standard deviation and add twice more BI then you will be quiet.
If you play different kind of games do the same things for each kind of them , take the average and double it up that should be more than enough in order to play with a quiet mind.
