@Primrose Thank you, that's very kind
Just made a last backup of my poker DB , already have a backup of all important data and even of the whole OS.
Now i will start to install my new SSD and make a fresh windows installation.
Worked a bit to tile / cascade windows using autoit , should work fine. Now trying to figure out how to remove title bars and borders.Should be done using Windows API atleast i see how to do it under win7 but win10 is a bit more tricky on that side i guess. Will try and see ![]()
Have a great day everyone.

Overall result of the session tonight , pretty poor. lost few BI. Tomorrow will be an other day.
Else new SSD works great and i'm getting closer to remove the title and borders of any window so it's nice. Win10 is a bit more tricky about it but i'll find out.
So far i'm there, removed the title bar and borders, works perfectly on win7 but on win10 bottom and right borders gets a bit ugly. trying to find out why.
Maybe transparency functions are different from win7 or aero. Can't say yet, long time i didn't spend a little time coding. Also noticed that Pstars windows are not standard class. They made their own class , probably to avoid to easily develop bots or something like that.

Session by night was pretty good. Took back the little losses of yesterday and managed to make little profits.
Found a way to remove the borders and titles of PokerTables. You just have to do some embedding of a children window into a window we create and assign as parent. That's it
:f_cool: ![]()
Result looks like this :

I will still look for an other way to do it but else it's on progress to make a free script for tables management ![]()
In same time i study spins and i will start to build a HUD for 3-Handed / HU games.

Nice progress with the window π
Got to say that a lot of programs I ran fine on windows 7 do have buggy issues on 10. For example bringing over a screen on my windows 7 to twitch on windows 10. Another one I am really annoyed at is Rebirth just won't play ball on windows 10 π€ͺ
Looking forward to seeing your hud π
@metalmonkey80 Thanks i appreciate. Win10 is still evolving and pretty buggy on many sides especially when it comes to programming.
About games on Win10 you can try to run them in compatibility mode with Win7/Win8 it can do the trick sometimes.
Now i'm looking into monitor detection. So when i'll make the tile/cascade function i can select 1 screen only / 2 screens or all of them to spread the windows / poker tables. I write function by function when i have a little free time then once most functions will be written i'll repack them all and post the source here.
I'm getting tired to see expensive subscriptions for basic tools. I just play @ micros man and no rakeback besides ITMs i make in freerolls so software licenses are huge Minus EV.
Atleast until i get to midstakes and able to put a medium/huge volume with atleast a year of profits no way to invest in costly pieces of software.
About PT4 HUD for HU and 3-Handed games i just start to work on it. HUD stats exploitation postflop is still something i really need to work on and improve on.
Spins will be a good and cheaper way to train myself and hopefully in the process will also improve my ratio of 1st/2nd places in SNGs.
Once i'll gather more data on spins i'll open an other blog for spins only and keep that one for SNGs/MTTs.
Lately i need to diversify my projects to keep my mind in work order else with my health/meds i wouldn't feel enough motivated to keep playing.

OldSchoolPapa Nice blog and good luck with your poker and life. Will be following!!
@99PROBLEMSS Thank you. You're welcome to drop by and post comments , suggestions , advices and even constructive critics.
I Wish you and to everyone a super weekend and to have lot of fun @ poker tables and out of them as well.
Best of Skills & Luck @ Tables,
OldSchoolPapa.
During the weekend i'm mostly resting and reviewing the sessions played (good and bad ones as well).
Starting to build a PT4 HUD for Spins or 3-Handed Games. I'll try to put only the most important stats needed since i play @Micros a too evolved HUD is useless IMO and might lead to bigger mistakes and opponents missreads. Still readings to do and Videos about spins to watch.
Concerning the Autoit Script to Manage windows and poker tables , i wrote the function to handle multiple screens. Won't code much during the weekend but i'll start to make a basic Gui Interface to simplify things for peoples even if i don't use one for myself. Then i'll write the Tile/Cascade functions, that probably won't be that hard to code. Can use algorithms like "N forms in a grid" or make it more simple depending on my mood, health and time i can put in.
Well that's it and that's already not that bad i think.
Happy grinding for those who grind during the weekend and lot of fun to everybody.
@deralte71 Thanks i will really need some luck to make a good start with spins.
HUDs can be a pain in the a$$ to build especially since last PT4 update. Each time i select different stats and change the fonts i get an error message and PT4 close itself. That's pretty annoying.
Well anyway i'll make a simple one and once i get a taste on spins will improve it , popups Position Vs Position with more evolved stats but to me and for micros it's not necessary unless you have a very good sample size of data and often play against good regulars.
Best of Skills & Luck @ Tables,
OldSchoolPapa.
Basic HUD for Spins is done. Despite the annoying PT4 Bugs. Don't know if i missed something. Anyway i think it's more than enough for micros.
First group is for every player including hero , to keep an eye on my overall image even if i don't believe it's really important vs recreative players. it's more a training and an habit i want to keep and take. Second and Third Group are for All players except Hero. Stats are filtered by Stack Size and Number of players.
Still will change a bit the size of police, i probably been a bit greedy there and will setup the layout on play money first.
If i missed or forgot something relevant for micros let me know it.
Hope everyone had a great weekend.
Best of Skills & Luck @ Tables,
OldSchoolPapa.
@deralte71 I hope so. Honestly HUD & Stats @ Micros is only a basic guideline.Unlike CGs Following only HUD displayed stats is probably not a great idea especially if you have no data on your opponents and in a SH turbo format. If you get to play regs and gather 100/500/1000 hands then HUD stats will be more interesting and Accurate. My goal to start spins is to play as many hands as possible with OpenLimp and Min Raise in every position to collect data and see how players react. If with time i get to find regulars i'll play in a non standard way since they love to play GTO or whatever i'll make non standard raise / bet randomly to make them sweat switching between their 100 charts. Don't mind if it makes me look like a drunk fish, that image might even turn out in my favor later. Of course if Short Stack then no much room for preflop/postflop creativity. It will only become a push and fold game vs Regulars and a Stop and Go game vs Recreatives.
Hope everyone had a great weekend !
Last night played a freeroll on Titan , ended @ the 3rd Place. Again some peoples were sitting out during the final table so i played the time until they bust.
For me No way to let them get a better place ITM than me by not playing the game so i took on myself and pissed everyone by playing with the time bank.
Don't mind , Don't care even if it's not so ethical i take what i can the way i can.
Didn't code much during the weekend, spent more time reading , working a bit on spins and resting.
Hope during the week i can free a little time to continue to code the script to manage windows / poker tables.
Best of Skills & Luck @ Tables,
OldSchoolPapa.
@DSharkP Thanks man , luck is always welcome. Have lot of fun and good luck as well with the 9Man SNGs and your blog
