UTG: $13.12 (131 bb)
MP: $17.37 (174 bb)
CO: $15.49 (155 bb)
BU: $32.88 (329 bb)
SB (Hero): $12.93 (129 bb)
BB: $10.00 (100 bb)

Pre-Flop: ($0.15) Hero is SB with 9 9
3 players fold, BTN raises to $0.30, Hero 3-bets to $1.10, 1 fold, BTN calls $0.80

Flop: ($2.30) 5 Q J (2 players)
Hero bets $1.50, BTN calls $1.50

Turn: ($5.30) 3 (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $3.25, Hero calls $3.25

River: ($11.80) 3 (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $10.14, Hero?

I screwed up this hand I believe. Again no reads and statistics. We are little deep. At least me.
Prefopp: pretty standard, I'm using 4x 3bet mostly but I'm considering in this situation could be lighter.
Flop: playing oop sucks. Flop isn't good. I'm not sure someone is calling here worst hand. I mean 88 and down, 5. Is fold an option?
My plan was to protect my hand against draws. So I bet. Sizing?
Turn: good card for me and I'm asking myself now why I changed my plan here? I'm confused. Don't know what to do? Bet but smaller then I'm giving good price for drawing. Check fold I could make on the flop. Check call I'm faced up. Now I'm obvious.
River: almost pot bet from opponent. I have payed a lot to him and I didn't want to fold now. But is that information on SD will be worth that? I don't think so. I believe I should prevent next mistake which was call.
What do you think about this hand?

Bad flop to cbet (hitting villain's range well and all) and bad sizing (too big). I'd check/call flop and probably give up on most turns.

Ok, so I'd X call and OTT 2o showing. Villain attacks for same sizing as in example. What would you do?

What sizing would you recommend otf? Half pot?

1/3 pot cbet OTF and give up OTT. Or check call the flop and give up OTT imo.

Hey guys. What is point of calling flop if you fold turn? For me turn was totally blank. I'd like to know how do you think because for me it doesn't make sense. Do you hope that he is going to X behind? To be honest it's I prefer that turn 3 than 9 if I consider there he is drawing.
MyFloxy on what turns don't you give up?

Your hand just does not hit the board at all, oposite - it hits your opp range so well, so calling down more then one street is totally money wasting imo. I would prefer cbet 1/3 and give up if it is not 9 OTT.

There are plenty more hands in your 3bet from SB range that can continue agression with on this board, it is definitely not 99, you can not win with every hand you 3bet.

The point is he isn't supposed to 2ba every time on every runout. He may give up some bluffs, some stabs with underpairs etc. If he's ahead we can turn a nine, or some turn cards can scare him, he checks back and we river a nine, etc etc...
With all that it's hard to fold since the flop, it's a game of odds and we have to gamble a little that's poker.
