If he's not an maniac then you beat some low pairs, few Ax-s and J3. I would still fold-this kind donks love to slowplay top pair.

I would just fold pre-flop with J7o for 12bb effective and as played I would fold the river as well with only a bluff catcher and multi way it's not to likely he will do that.

There's 1225 and we have 200 to call, its cheap. If we fold to many this kind of spots then others start to abuse as. If we manage to win this hand and bust one of them, we have massiv stack at the bubble.

Personally I dont mind either preflop. J7o is not really hand you want to get into 3way pot that eagerly. In general weaker part of offsuit picture card combos tend to be problematic as you have more of negative implied odds. Because of weak kicker and not great postflop playability. E.g. hands like K6o, Q7o. J7o have bit of straight potential but not much. So personally I would more likely call hand like 76o compared to J7o.

In river I tend to lean toward call personally because J is close to top of our range and we block bit of flush. Sure QJ without spade would be bit better but at least we should not be snap folding this one either.
