I think pre is fine to call even OOP. 77 are too strong to fold against a CO 3bet right? With no info, 4betting really doesn't make sense imo.
Flop I block some hands. He could be cbetting all the AT+ here imo. Decided to check-call. A check-raise here is a very strong move, should it be played that way? I really don't know how my range is going to look like after that move in a 3bet pot, on this board.
Turn is good. If my hand was already good OTF now it's probably still good. Consider a donk here? I may have some FE against brodways that missed the spades and would definitely look strong. But by checking I keep his range of bluffs wider for the river street. If he bets how do you play OTT? Raise?
It went check-check OTT, so I decided to check again the river. This is going to induce some bluffs and I was already prepared OTT to call a big bet here.
Besides, the spade did not come and I can look like a missed FD.
Any ideas?
Pre seems fine to me, but some people will say not to call OOP.
For me its a fold, but if the villain has a reaaally high cbet% a reraise seems legit.
I actually think it may better than just calling and hoping no scare card comes OTT, that is any T,J,K,A plus any spade (here is almost half of the deck).
BTW i actually did that reraise move today just to face a 3bet

Sure, he might have missed the board, but can also have an higher PP that he thinks is enough to win him the hand. Also he may have actually connected with the board OTR.

I think you are behind here most of the time, unless villain likes bluffing, you beat only a bluffs here imo. If villain know you are defending your pockets that much he would never bet second time OTT or OTR for bluff.
Calling pre is alright. Calling half pot flop isn't. It's a rather good flop for him to barrel and you're never gonna see it through the end with 77 (unless you hit a miraculous 7 obviously). You've better hands to call with.
Even his bluffs should have decent equity against you and you'll keep being in the dark OOP.
