I usually call in these spots at least one street. He can be c-beting so many hands - we can still have best hand. And we have position. If he checks on turn I would bet for sure. We can have best hand here and don't want to give him a card for free on river.

It depends on the villain you are dealing with. If he's only Cbetting for value you can fold, but otherwise 1 call isn't to bad to try to steal the pot on the turn.

how do you guess someone bluff frequency? Do I see that id he cbet more than 33% Because isnt 33% the liklyhood of hitting a flop?

That's based of Cbet% and if he's aggressive pre-flop or not.
