Hi JHTAN,
That is quite weird. To the best of my knowledge 888 should support Neteller withdrawals. That should work especially since you have made deposits using the same method.
Why can't you withdraw using Neteller? Is the option greyed out or is it totally missing? Do you get any error messages?
We have a 888 rep active here, so I hope he can advice you regarding this matter

"Thank you for contacting us. My name is Alexandru, I am a Member Support Representative and I am happy to assist you today.
In regards to your query, the Neteller option is not available due to your residence country and we are sorry. We are not the ones that make the decisions on which methods are available in each country.
As your only option is now WireTransfer and you don't want to make it that way, the only option that you have is to make minimum one successful deposit with another method ( ex: Visa ) and then you will be able to withdraw all your funds using it.
At this moment, your withdrawal request is in awaiting process via WireTransfer, if you want to use another method, you will have to cancel it.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.

Yes it means exactly that. There are some restrictions in your country and 888poker (and probably other poker rooms too) can't let you withdraw to Neteller.
As explained in the e-mail, you can withdraw your money by 1) wire transfer or 2) by depositing a small amount using other method like Visa and then using that method for withdrawal.
