There was no info from the villain to the river because of the move he made is DONKEY.
It was a tb call a bit because he the Tp + (overpar, 2pares, sets ..) most of the time will play differently flop and turn ...
river thin value bet to see if any PP of call A high ...
that stupid raise ... it left me wondering if it would be a badly played A2s ...

I would bet the flop for sure and otherwise the turn and on the river you can easy bet like half pot for value and if he raised you can still fold. Now you give him the change to bluff on you on the weak looking betand is calling fine.

I would cbet flop, then check turn if called. Probably calling river with that line if the villain checks back the turn.
As played I would call OTR hoping it's a bluff.

River betting 1/4 looks so so weird. You put yourself in a position to be tricked. His raise is not stupid at all.

Absolutely bet at least OTT.
As played, I would again say fold river. River raises are so rarely bluffs, even when you bet so small and could have induced bluff raises, they still probably won't do that.
