I think the continuation bet after flop is bad.

I think fold is the best option. But I would have played differently with check/fold after flop.

Or check/call if the size are low.

Betting OTF and checking back OTT or vice versa depends on how you play your whole range here and what it looks like. You can check back QQ here if say you are also checking low suited aces but you could very well decide to bet it all that also have some merits depending on villains etc.

What is OTF and OTT ? OTF: on the flop ? OTT: on the turn ?

I agree depends on villains styles the choice, but without this info Fold off course.

I would probably play flop and turn the other way around, checking behind OTF and making a delayed cbet OTT. But as Floxy said both should be ok.

Yea. UTG opens with a quite tight range usually so when UTG faces a 3bet and is OOP postflop he probably calls the 3bet with very tight range also. I might be a bit tight in these situations but in this case I would call pre with something like 99-QQ, ATs+, sometimes I maybe could flat KK but not often, and I think hand like JTs or T9s could be called with some frequency. Some guys might call KQs I guess.

When you think about that range, it looks like you are crushed by UTG.

Question for more experienced players. If we bet that flop, don’t we turn our hand into a bluff? Isn’t it better if we check behind and bluff catch on turn, or bet our selves if it’s checked twice?

It's indeed a bluff on the flop and checking the flop seems alright. Off course it's tough to represent Ax with checking, but you keep his range wider.

"Bluff" isn't the right word as you aren't gonna make a better hand fold. Thinking only in terms of value and bluff OTF isn't always relevant as it happens in this case. By betting you accomplish subtle things (bluring your whole range, denying equity to villain's range,...) that may or may not be worth it.
