I want your opinion on how to play that turn... the BU is reg passive...
flop we have bet I think there is no doubt vs 3 (2 players weak)
turn, maybe would be best check and if the BU check behind, thin value bet river for receive call from 99-JJ sometimes QJs QTs...

I would go bigger like 75% OTF and 66% OTT . I think vs passive REG ch/f OTR is fine

You could bet bigger on every street (2/3 pot) for sure against a passive villain and on the river I would check/fold as well on this ugly board.

I agree with whats already been stated but i also think you could even go for a very thin value bet/fold OTR but it all depends on what history you have with villain. I would defiantly note this hand and how villain played it for future reference..
