My real bb/100 is 10, half of the graph is when I did not have a strategy
With a consistent strategy I am making 10bb/100
Should I play looser? Will I be able to keep 10bb/100 playing looser?

With looser strategy you can make 10-14bb on NL2. So you need to improve VPIP,PFR and your 3bet should be higher, 4bet is ok on this stakes. Fold to 3bet is high but depends on situation, cause you are only playing 17VPIP it might be good, but on higher VPIP is bad.
Playing tighter is a leak easier to fix than play like a loose monkey 29/22 with 12% 3bet that don't have any idea how to play their range on most spots, requires a LOT of skill that NL2-NL10 people don't have, you will get into marginal spots and will spew for sure. If you did a lot of work offtable with solver, database analysis, is fine to play this strategy, but i would stick with a tighter gameplan.
You're probably opening a bit tighter on BU and SB like 32%, try to open a bit wider like 40-45 and your VPIP/PFR will be like 22/18, it's a super easy leak to fix.
About 3betting more, 4% is OK and you will beat NL5 and 10 as well. I see lots of people 3betting like 65s, K5s,JTs against 40/20 guy BB vs BU, and i think WTF this guy is doing. You want to increase your 3betting? start by 3betting more BU vs CO and BB vs SB against people that fold 60%+ to 3bets (normally the tighter guys). People are super passive at nl5 and cold calling is not a problem because you are able to realize your equity with most of your hands and see the river cheap OOP.
If i were you i would take a 3-5bi shot. Honestly nowadays NL2 and NL5 pools are equal, you will have close to same winrate.
