In situations like this, I cannot even think the villain might already had Full OTF. is this fall to the category of Cooler or not? I mean if you are in a same situation like this, how can you conclude the villain has a better 10 or even a KT?

Bet the flop, you want value from Kx, Tx, FD, OESD, random GS. Standard broke againts any recreational 60BB player, if he has a better hand that's just a cooler.

ATo is borderline from UTG open, with fish in blinds it can make profit. It's MP see now, so ok.
OTF is bet every Kx will call, fish will call with PP too. Cooler...

^^
Always be betting big on this flop, so many draws to get value from and can probably stack him with any Kx he has. Guys a fish.
