change from 650 to 1000 is so sick,
if my bonus expire in 5 month and I collect only 6500 point (for bonus 100$), I got only 60$ and have to wait 5 month for the 40$ other, rite?

Yes i wasnt to happy when i looked tonight and saw that my MCP's required for completion had jumped from 5950 to 9450!
With no explanation till I checked here.
Think its a bit out of order to do this to people who already have an existing bonus running.

As soon as you reach 6,500 mail us and we will credit the remaining bonus to you.
it is certainly a big increase to make, thankfully i just managed to clear my 1st deposit bonus beforehand

Why do you guys always make things so complicated? Why not just leave existing bonuses as they were and going forward all new bonuses will be under the old system? If you are going to release the money at the old rate why change anything?

that explains why i wasn't getting the next installment of my bonus! 1000 per 10 dollars is crazy man, takes long enough to get 650 going. my $200 expires on the 22nd june, and i have 180 remaining, not likely to see much in the way of that! such a waste. as soon as the bonus period is over, im switching my BR elsewhere again,

This bonus rubbish is most definatly a kick in the nuts to all players, but especially to low and time pushed ones!
I would withdraw from mansion and play elsewhere, but then I don't think I would get anywhere I could get SP 
yeh part of the reason i come back at all to mansion is strategy points, its my only tracked account. and the only one likely to be tracked unfortunately as i had existing stars/party/ et al accounts.
even playing SSS on plenty of tables it takes an age to clear. the fact that mansion is also crap for multi-tabling makes it even more difficult. i'd play upto 24 tables like i can on stars, but it fucks up considerably with anymore than 12-14 tables. don't even get me started on when i try and use Elephant with that many tables on the go! Not to mention the fact that waiting lists for tables is stupidly high, and when you get on everyone is playing so nitty short stack with you, it's madness i tells ya!

My old bonuses, that released at $10/650 MCP, still release at that rate? But I have to email support to get them to ship the monies?
What if I do not realise I have passed the 650 mark? Do I get it shipped anyway?
hi, there is no need to mail support, any extra dollars owing will be paid at the expiry of the bonus. If you redeem the 6500 before the expiry of the bonus it may be quicker to contact us and we can pay the full amount to you.

Yea you are right with the 10k MCP. I really think this is a massive kick in the ballocks to small stakes players, I mean 650MCP/$10 is hard enough!
On another ipoker skin I was told to change my account currency I would have to close my account and open a new one, with the sites permissions of course.
And unless they have changed it, you are correct with 3000 MCP you can witthdraw your monies.

I don't have the mail here as I'm at work, but could post it later; support told me that to change the currency you need to clear it of any money first, so withdraw all your money and send them a mail, they'll shut that down and open a new one with the new currency where they'll transfer all the promotions (points, bonuses...).
Of course if you got there you're starting capital you need to reach 3000 points first ^_^
About this stuff you can simply send them a mail, I've found out personally that their customer support answer in a decent time with polite and exhaustive emails.
