Villain had an agression factor of 3 (again, insignificant sample size).
Based on his preflop stats, he had been playing almost every hand and raising a lot more than he should (but that could converge to something like 20 VPIP, which is fine).

Questions below.

$0.10 NL - Holdem - 8 players

CO: 164.3 BB (VPIP: 11.54, PFR: 3.85, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 26)
Hero (BTN): 100 BB
SB: 107.5 BB (VPIP: 16.67, PFR: 0.00, 3Bet Preflop: -, Hands: 6)
BB: 72.4 BB (VPIP: 84.62, PFR: 46.15, 3Bet Preflop: 20.00, Hands: 26)
UTG: 75.7 BB (VPIP: 15.00, PFR: 5.00, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 20)
UTG+1: 94.8 BB (VPIP: 66.67, PFR: 0.00, 3Bet Preflop: -, Hands: 3)
MP: 478.2 BB (VPIP: 50.00, PFR: 23.08, 3Bet Preflop: 16.67, Hands: 26)
MP+1: 102.8 BB (VPIP: 14.29, PFR: 0.00, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 14)

SB posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has J♣ A♣

fold, fold, fold, fold, fold, Hero raises to 3 BB, fold, BB calls 2 BB

Flop: (6.5 BB, 2 players) 7♥ 9♦ Q♣
BB checks, Hero checks
Thoughts and questions:

Spoiler

for that sample size, should I ignore villain's aggression factor of 3 and mainly take into account his preflop stats?
If a villain calls too much and I have no idea about his tendencies postflop (if he folds flop a lot or if he is willing to call 2 or 3 streets of bets with marginal hands), should I be more inclined to bet my drawing hands/semibluff OTF and giving up OTT, unimproved? Or getting me a free card?

Turn: (6.5 BB, 2 players) 2♣
BB bets 1 BB, Hero calls 1 BB
Thoughts and questions:

Spoiler

Is there any point in raising here? By how much?
If I raise and the river is mostly a blank, against this type of villain, should I give up?

River: (8.5 BB, 2 players) 5♠
BB bets 8.1 BB, Hero calls 8.1 BB
Thoughts and questions:

Spoiler

I was not expecting to win here (maybe a smallish amount of times). I was most interested in see which type of hands would be leading so small OTT and bet like that on a blank river.

Spoiler

BB shows 6♠ 6♦ (One Pair, Sixes)
(Pre 49%, Flop 62%, Turn 66%)
Hero mucks J♣ A♣ (High Card, Ace)
(Pre 51%, Flop 38%, Turn 34%)
BB wins 23.5 BB

I would most likely Cbet this flop to try to represent somthing. As played I don't really see a reason to call the river on his almost pot size bet. You have only a bluff catcher and even some of his bluffs are better hands.

I think i would be cbing flop with the BDNFD with the intentions of barrelling on a club and even any A. As played its a fold OTR just tag the guy as a fish and note down his 1bb lead on the turn..
