Well, I´m a troll here :f_ugly:. Not every tea dehydrates, only black tea. But I know what you mean: Especially when it´s hot (and it is here) you should drink a lot of fluids and replace the salts. That´s what I´m trying to do all summer long. I also have to take into account that my med disturbs the electrolyte balance as well and loose way more magnesium than earlier, before I started Lamictal.

If you write in the German forum, you write to German people.
(maybe Austrian and Swiss as well)
If you write in the English forum, you write to people from all over the world.
And some people prefer the international audience, myself included (another German). Not to mention that I almost exclusively follow English language websites, shows, podcasts and movies anyway - as do many others, I imagine. Often, I even make personal notes in English.
Besides, Germans are weird.
