Fold OTF. He'll have a King, or 2 pair, or a set most of the time. The fact that he is a fish does not mean that he cannot hit flops. If you dont have a specific info, you must fold IMO and let him donate his stack later.

This player very hard to fold QQ so i understand why you call, but maybe fold is better long term. Maybe second option 3bet push all in, villain only 53BB. If you know villain can able call every pairs or broadway or trash hands if you push all in, i think this is better choice.

i'd just fold otf unless you have seen this player potting flops before (likely indicator of frequencies being way out of line). this particular hand also has no backup equity so you really don't want to be facing a king

This player is very passive, only 4% PFR, don't see any reason to call OTF.

I'd call all the way to showdown if villain's the type who would donk bet with hands as weak as bottom pair and any draw. There are many of them in this limit.
