Out of 15 hands, villain played 10, raising 5 times preflop... I think you made the right decision on all streets considering that it's NL5.

Why so much PF? He has just 70 BB, you are OOP and you still need to hit the flop, you must fold vs 4-bet and you expect to be called. He is a fish but he will still have position on you and you will have no idea about his hand. The lesser stack to pot ratio the lesser mistakes the fish can make. I would 3-b to 5 or 5.5, or maybe just call. OTF and later it's obviousy standard, you are commited with TPTK.

To be honest, I still don't quite get how SPR affects ranges and bet sizes and when I should bet large enough to reduce the SPR or small enough to keep it low.

Situations like this, 3bet between 8-10bb. OTF, without information, it's standard
